Dr. Andre Couture was born and raised on the coast of Maine, where his fascination with medicine first took root. After completing his undergraduate studies locally, he pursued his medical education at University of New England College of Medicine, in Maine, driven by a passion to serve his community. Dr. Couture then ventured to the Western New York region for his residency training, specializing in Emergency Medicine which aligned perfectly with his commitment to patient care. Upon becoming board certified, he felt a calling to return to his roots in Maine, where he could raise his own family in the same nurturing environment that shaped his values and aspirations. In July 2024, Dr. Couture fulfilled a lifelong dream in establishing a Longevity practice in Falmouth, Maine, dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of his patients through personalized care and innovative medical practices.

He has led strategy, commercial development, marketing, contracting, business analytics, and M&A. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion for healthcare innovation, and commitment to patient experience management contribute to the overall success of the practice.
