Insurance & Cost
Do you accept insurance?
We don't bill insurance. We're a membership-based concierge practice — flat monthly pricing with no co-pays, prior authorization, or surprise bills. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds for membership and labs.
How much does membership cost?
Our Essential tier is $225/month and includes TRT medications and direct clinical access. Lab testing is billed separately. Optimize and Concierge tiers are available — contact us for details.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by reaching out to our team.
Visits & Process
How long is a typical visit?
Visits are unhurried. Initial consultations run 60-90 minutes. Follow-ups are scheduled with the time the conversation actually needs — not a default 15-minute slot.
Are you Maine-only?
Yes. We see patients in person in Falmouth, Maine. We don't offer telehealth or out-of-state care.
How quickly can I get started?
Most patients schedule a discovery call within a week, then book their initial intake shortly after. We're a small practice and intentionally limit panel size.
Can I keep my primary care doctor?
Yes. We're a longevity-focused specialty practice — we work alongside your primary care physician, not in place of them.
Do you treat patients under 18?
No. We see adult patients only.
What happens after a discovery call?
If we're a fit, we'll send you intake materials and schedule your first comprehensive visit. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you and recommend next steps.
Hormone Optimization
What is BHRT?
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. We use estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone in the same molecular form your body produces, titrated to your labs and symptoms.
Is testosterone replacement therapy safe?
TRT is safe when properly monitored. We use comprehensive labs, ongoing oversight, and clinical titration to manage your protocol — and adjust based on how you respond.
What labs do you run?
Our comprehensive panels include 64+ biomarkers covering hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, lipids, vitamins, minerals, thyroid, and more.
Regenerative & Peptides
What peptides do you prescribe?
We prescribe Tesamorelin, BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, Semaglutide/Tirzepatide, and others when clinically appropriate. All peptides are prescribed after a full lab review.
What is PRP and what does it treat?
Platelet-rich plasma uses your own concentrated platelets to support healing. We use PRP for joint and tendon issues, soft tissue injuries, and select hair restoration cases.
Do you offer GLP-1 medications like Semaglutide?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. We prescribe in the context of a full clinical picture — labs, lifestyle, and goals.
Skin & Aesthetics
Do you offer aesthetic and skin services?
We integrate hormone-driven skin care and select aesthetic protocols within our women's longevity practice, led by Holly Morris, PA-C.
Do you have a women's-specific program?
Yes. Our women's longevity practice is led by Holly Morris, PA-C, and integrates BHRT, hormone-driven skin care, and full longevity care.
Memberships
What's the difference between Essential and the higher tiers?
Essential is TRT-focused. Optimize adds expanded hormone and peptide protocols, deeper labs, and faster response. Concierge is our most comprehensive tier with regenerative therapies and priority access.
Misc
Is everything done in-house?
Most of it. Labs, regenerative procedures, and ongoing clinical care happen in our Falmouth office. Some specialty imaging is referred out.
How is this different from a med spa?
We're a medical practice with comprehensive labs, ongoing oversight, and clinical relationships — not a treatment-by-treatment med spa.
