Medical skincare. Not a medspa.
A clinical approach to skin, body, and aesthetic care — built on the same root-cause philosophy that defines TruForm. Physician-led, evidence-based, and integrated with the rest of your longevity protocol.
Skin care, treated like medicine.
We're not a medspa. We don't sell injectables off a menu. We treat skin and body aesthetics as a clinical extension of your physiology — hormones, inflammation, sleep, nutrition, stress all show up here. Treatments are evidence-based, physician-led, and personalized to your panel and your goals.
Skin is your longevity panel.
Hormone balance, inflammatory markers, micronutrients — they all show up on your skin first. For many of our patients (especially women in peri- and post-menopause), the right BHRT protocol changes the skin before any topical does. We work both ends.

Botox & Dermal Fillers
Cosmetic neurotoxin and hyaluronic acid filler treatments to smooth fine lines, restore lost volume, and refine facial contours. Done conservatively — the goal is a version of you that looks rested and like yourself, not freshly-injected.
What it treats
- Forehead and glabellar lines, crow's feet, and other dynamic wrinkles (Botox)
- Volume loss in cheeks, temples, and around the mouth (HA dermal fillers)
- Facial contour refinement — chin, jawline, lip definition
How it's done
In-clinic, typically a 30–45 minute visit. Botox results develop over 3–10 days and last roughly 3–4 months. Dermal filler results are visible immediately and last 6–18 months depending on product and area.
PRP Skin Rejuvenation
Platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood, concentrated for growth factors, and delivered into the skin to stimulate collagen production and tissue rejuvenation. Often combined with microneedling to drive growth factors deeper and amplify results.
What it treats
- Skin texture, fine lines, and dullness
- Acne scarring and uneven tone
- Loss of skin elasticity and firmness
How it's done
A small blood draw, processed in-clinic to isolate the platelet-rich fraction. PRP is then microneedled or injected into the treatment area. Most patients schedule a series for compounding results.
Hair PRP & Exosomes
Platelet-rich plasma therapy designed to stimulate hair growth and improve hair health. We draw a small amount of your blood, concentrate the platelets and growth factors, and inject the enriched plasma into the scalp — where it promotes healing and follicle regeneration, leading to increased thickness, density, and overall hair vitality.
Protocol & what to expect
- A series of 3 procedures, spaced one month apart
- ~90 minutes per visit, with minimal to no downtime between sessions
- Minimally invasive — uses your body's natural healing processes
Optional: exosome upgrade
Step it up with our mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes combined with our advanced microneedling system. The exosomes carry concentrated growth factors that further amplify scalp and follicle response.
P-Shot / Priapus Shot
A non-invasive PRP treatment for erectile dysfunction that uses your body's own healing properties. We draw a small sample of blood, isolate and concentrate the platelets and growth factors, then inject the enriched plasma into specific areas of the penis. The growth factors stimulate tissue regeneration, improve blood flow, and enhance sensitivity — supporting stronger and more sustained erections.
Protocol & what to expect
- A series of 2 procedures, spaced one month apart
- ~1 hour per visit, with minimal to no downtime between sessions
- Often paired with TRT or peptide protocols for compounding effect
Optional: exosome upgrade
For maximum response, the P-Shot can be paired with our mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes — which contain roughly 60x the growth factor concentration of PRP alone.
Trigger Point Injections
A therapeutic procedure for pain caused by muscle knots and tight bands of muscle fibers known as trigger points. A local anesthetic is injected directly into the trigger point to reduce inflammation, relax the muscle, and relieve pain.
What it treats
- Myofascial pain syndrome
- Chronic muscle pain and tension
- Localized neck, shoulder, and back pain
How it's done
A quick in-clinic procedure that often provides immediate relief. Frequency varies — most patients are spaced every few weeks to months as needed to manage pain and restore muscle function.
