Women's Longevity Lead
Holly Morris, PA-C
Women's Hormone Health · BHRT · Skin & Aesthetics
Holly Morris, PA-C, brings 16 years of clinical dermatology experience to TruForm Longevity, where she joins the team as a passionate advocate for whole-body wellness. Trained at Weill Cornell Medical College, Holly built the foundation of her career in New York, treating patients across both medical and cosmetic dermatology — developing a reputation for evidence-based care delivered with a warm, personalized touch.
A Maine native who grew up in Boothbay Harbor, Holly eventually followed her heart back to the coast to be closer to family and bring up her children in the place she has always called home. She now lives in Falmouth with her husband and two children, and finds that the slower pace and natural beauty of coastal Maine shapes not only her life but her approach to patient care.
At TruForm, Holly is excited to expand her practice beyond the skin. She believes true confidence comes from feeling well from the inside out, and she is deeply committed to helping patients navigate the full spectrum of their health — from aesthetic treatments that restore and refresh to longevity-focused care that supports how they feel every single day. She has a special passion for helping women feel their absolute best at every stage of life, but at the end of the day, Holly's door is open to everyone.
When she's not in the clinic, Holly can be found on the water with her family, living the coastal life that keeps her grounded and inspired.
