Co-Founder & Clinical Director
Patrick Fisher, PA-C
Co-Founder & Clinical Director · Regenerative Therapies · Hormone Optimization · GLP Weight Loss
Patrick Fisher, PA-C, leads the clinical patient experience at TruForm. As Clinical Director, he runs the day-to-day clinical work — the visits, the regenerative procedures, the lab review conversations — and is the steady presence patients see most often as their protocols evolve.
His focus is regenerative medicine and hormone optimization. Patrick handles the hands-on regenerative work — PRP, peptide protocols, joint and soft-tissue procedures — and partners with patients on the longer arc of testosterone and broader hormone care.
Patrick chose this practice because he wanted to actually know his patients. The membership model and the longer visits mean he gets to do that — and the work is better for it.
Patrick's academic journey began with an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, where he developed a deep fascination with the intricate workings of the human body at a molecular level. Driven by a desire to translate this knowledge into direct patient care, he went on to earn his Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. This rigorous training provided him with the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients from all walks of life.
Patrick is a passionate healthcare provider and advocate for personalized, integrative medicine, with a diverse background spanning interventional radiology, clinical vein procedures, urgent care, and regenerative medicine. His goal is to change how patients approach healthcare by creating a fresh experience that moves away from the typical conventional model — optimizing health before conventional treatment is necessary.
